Sidharth Malhotra, Manoj Bajpayee are coming together in the upcoming crime drama film Aiyaary. The film is directed by the extremely talented Neeraj Pandey and is scheduled to release on Republic Day. It is said to be a real life story based on the relationship of a mentor and protege. Thugs Of Hindostan
Whenever Aamir Khan is associated with a film, it becomes big on its own. With Thugs Of Hindostan, Khan is joining hands with Yash Raj Banner. This period film which is releasing on Diwali 2018 also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh. The much awaited sequel to the 2010 blockbuster Robot will release on 27 April next year. Robot, the third highest grossing movie in the Indian history was the story of a scientist, Dr. Vaseegaran (played by Rajnikanth) who creates a robot named Chitti. It is going to be the first time that Akshay Kumar will play the antagonist in a movie. Also starring Amy Jackson, 2.0 has already created a lot of buzz and the audience is already gearing up to see the deadly duo of superstar Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar.
Veere Di Wedding
Joining the list of most awaited multi-starrer movies is Rhea Kapoor’s Veere Di Wedding. The movie will mark Kareena Kapoor’s return to the big screen post the birth of her son Taimur. The story revolves around Kareena’s role of a to-be-bride and her girlfriends, who are attending the wedding. It will also feature Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, Shikha Talsania and Sumit Vyas in pivotal roles. Veere Di Wedding is a chick flick that promises full on entertainment. Directed by Shashanka Ghosh the movie will hit the screens on 18 May next year.
SRK-Anand L. Rai’s Untitled Project
This is going to be Shah Rukh Khan‘s big release of 2018. It will be the first time that any actor will play the role of a dwarf. One of the many reasons why the movie is going to be so special is the reunion of the Jab Tak Hai Jaan trio- Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. Adding to our awe is the fact that the film will be helmed by Anand L. Rai. He has previously directed blockbuster movies like Tanu Weds Manu, Tanu Weds Manu Returns and Raanjhanaa. Sanjay Dutt’s Biopic
As much as Sanjay Dutt’s acting prowess is appreciated, his personal life has been quite controversial. Audience will get to see a slice of his life with ace director Raju Hirani’s upcoming biopic. The multi-starrer movie stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. Ranbir Kapoor’s look as Dutt has already generated a lot of curiosity about the film. The biggest release of 2019 is going to be Dharma Production’s Brahmastra starring megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The ambitious project will be directed by Ayan Mukerji who has previously made Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Wake Up Sid. It will be a contemporary film with ancient elements. Brahmastra is going to be a trilogy and is set to arrive in cinemas on Independence Day 2019.
Starring a splendid cast including Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai and Rajkummar Rao, Fanney Khan is another multi-starrer movie to look forward to. It is the official remake of the Oscar nominated Belgian 2000 film Everybody’s Famous. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 15 June 2018. Rajkummar Rao will be seen romancing Aishwarya’s in the film. The film will showcase the story of a struggling singer who wants his daughter to be a big name in the music world. The film is being produced by ace filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.
