The Bhaijaan of Bollywood, Salman Khan is all set to make his debut at the Chinese box office with his 2015 blockbuster Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The movie is all set to open in Chinese theatres on 2 March with the title Little Lolita Monkey God Uncle in over 8000 screens.
Last year, Aamir Khan‘s sports biopic Dangal opened in China and soon became the highest grossing Indian film in the country. Recently, his Secret Superstar took off a phenomenal start in China. Featuring Zaira Wasim in lead role, the movie earned an impressive ₹174 crore in the opening weekend which is more than its lifetime business in India. Not just this, the movie went on to beat Dangal’s opening weekend record in China. Now, Secret Superstar has also overtaken Dangal to become the highest grossing Indian movie in China.

The movies traces his arduous journey to reunite a six-year-old Pakistani girl with her parents, back to her hometown in Pakistan. His debut in the Chinese theatres is anticipated as a big opportunity for Indian cinema which is growing rapidly.
